1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "Publisher", or "User") and Shubh Business Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to our web applications, engineering services, and performance ad exchange network.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all source code, proprietary algorithms, design tokens, trademarks, and documentation published on this web application are the exclusive intellectual property of Shubh Business Solutions and protected by copyright laws.

3. Publisher Network & Anti-Fraud Standards

All publishers participating in the SHUBH PARTNERS exchange warrant and agree:

• All submitted traffic must originate from genuine, non-incentivized human users.
• Automated traffic generation, click farms, proxy spoofing, or device emulation is strictly prohibited and results in immediate forfeiture of accrued payouts.
• Postback integrity must be maintained without payload alteration or synthetic conversion injection.
